Transformation of 1970’s bungalow constructed on a sloping site to the rear, which leads down to the River Stour at the foot of the garden.   Approval was granted to provide a rear extension for a master bedroom and office/study area, entrance canopy and overall facelift to be more in keeping with its semi-rurral surroundings, and far reaching river views.  Work commenced on site in 2026.
