Major house remodelling, renovation project with extensions and forming of a new attached two bedroom annexe. Set on a large plot near to Bournemouth town centre. The brief called for a complete transformation of a former redundant 1905 house not occupied for two years. This included creating a new gabled frontage with new main entrance facing Wimborne Road. A Roman style longitudinal brick was chosen for the new extension areas, with feature larch boarding to enhance the rendered areas.
Building work is being carried out on site and due for completion in 2026.
