Existing redundant Methodist Church conversion to be fully restored and converted to form four one-bedroom and two two-bedroom flats with cycle and bin storage. The front half of the historical church was originally built, with the rear half added later as a church hall. The design repurposes an existing period property whilst retaining the architectural features. Next to the building is a large public park, which all flats overlook to the south side of the site. Planning approval was granted in 2025.
